User Management
The Users screen allows you the ability to add or remove an existing or new registered NaviStone platform user to a given client. Any partner user or client user can invite users to access their associated clients. Additionally, any partner user or client user can revoke access of client users.
Inviting a User
- While logged into the platform, navigate to the sidebar on the left of the screen. Click on the client that you want to invite a user to.
- Click on
Users. - The platform displays all current users that have access to the client.
- To invite a new user, click on
+ Invite Userin the upper right. - This displays a type box. Type the full email address of the user that you wish to invite.
- Click
Send Invitationto send the email address an invitation email.
NOTE: When you return to the Users page, you will not be able to see the invited user until they complete the sign-up process.
If the user already exists in NaviStone's user pool, they will automatically be added to the client that they were invited to.
Accepting an Invitation for New Users
- Open your email and look for a NaviStone invitation message.
- Click on the link. This will launch your web browser with the sign-up page.
- Enter your first name, last name, email, and selected password.
- Click
Sign Up. You will then be displayed a User Verification page. A verification code will automatically be sent to your email. - Enter the code that was sent to your email in the Code box. Hit
Verify. - Once verified, the page will reload showing the client that the user has been invited to.
Removing a User
- While logged into the platform, navigate to the sidebar on the left of the screen. Click on the client that you want to remove a user from.
- Click on
Users. - The platform displays all current users that have access to the client.
- To remove a user from the client, click
Remove from Clientto the right of the targeted user's name. You will be displayed a removal confirmation window. Confirm by selectingRemove, orCancelany changes.
NOTE: You are currently unable to remove access for partner-level users.
TIP: If the user belongs to multiple clients, you'll have to remove them from each client that you want to revoke access from.
