Leadgen Retargeting Campaigns: Audience Limit

NaviStone's intent model utilizes several variables to generate and assign a score to a website visitor, quantifying the likelihood of a purchase after receiving a piece of direct mail.

The Audience Limit feature allows you to set how far into the available audience pool you desire to mail, in increments of 20%; i.e., Top 20%, Top 40%, Top 60%, Top 80%, Top 100% (All) of visitor scores.

Visitor Modeling

We use a number of variables to go into our modeling, here are some examples:

  • Number of page visits and page views.
  • Frequency of visits.
  • Visits across multiple devices.
  • Pages visited.

This data has been derived from observations stemming from browser behaviors and data developed over millions of sessions.

Selecting Audience Limit

  1. While logged into the platform, navigate to Campaigns section within the Domain page you wish to create or edit a campaign for.

  2. Click the Audience Limit dropdown and select your desired visitor score depth.


NOTE: Using the Top 60% of our model has generally met our clients' performance expectations. Once a program is running, you can go deeper into the audience pool, i.e., Top 80%, or Top 100% to maximize reach. In contrast, if you are satisfied with the quantity mailed, then you can go shallower in the audience pool, i.e., Top 40%, or Top 20% to maximize response.
